Pickup Location: 1981 Tellepsen St, Houston, TX 77023. Please note, we are closed on weekends, so plan your visit accordingly. Pickup available Tuesday to Friday, from 11 am to 6 pm. For longer-lasting balloons, store them indoors at room temperature.
For pick-up of the balloon garland, please ensure you have a vehicle with ample space for transportation. Closed vehicles are necessary to maintain the integrity of the balloons during transit. Open-top vehicles or pick-up trucks may risk damaging the balloons.
We will notify you by email or text READY TO PICK UP OR READY FOR DELIVERY (date and hour)
-We will send you a Delivery estimate time 45 min before arrival to ensure someone will be able to receive the order.
